How to Use

Dosage

For cream, apply 1-3 times daily; for solution, massage 1-3 ml into the scalp twice daily. Reduce cream application to once daily when symptoms improve.

Method

Gently apply the cream to the affected skin area, or massage the solution into the scalp.

Important

For self-care, use for short periods on small skin areas. Do not use continuously for more than two weeks on thin skin or for diaper rash without a doctor's advice.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Thinning or weakening of the skin with long-term use on sensitive areas (e.g., around eyes, face, armpits, skin folds).
  • Stretch marks, widening of small blood vessels on the skin, bleeding under the skin.
  • Weakening of adrenal gland function.
  • Increased hair growth.
  • Rash around the mouth (perioral dermatitis).
  • Loss of skin color.
  • Cataract, glaucoma (increased eye pressure).
  • Allergic reactions, allergic contact dermatitis.
  • Blurred vision.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to hydrocortisone or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not use on open wounds, ulcers (like leg or bed sores), or skin infections caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi (e.g., impetigo, chickenpox, warts).
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if your skin thins or becomes irritated in the treated area.
  • This medicine can worsen rosacea (redness on face) or perioral dermatitis (rash around mouth).
  • Contact your doctor if your rash worsens or doesn't improve after two weeks of treatment.

  • See a doctor if you experience blurred vision or other eye problems.
  • Do not get this medicine in your eyes.
  • Limit continuous daily use to two weeks on thin skin areas or for diaper rash.
  • Children and elderly are more sensitive to side effects; long-term use on large areas in children can affect adrenal gland function.
