RARE
  • Swelling of the face, lips, or throat, making it hard to swallow or breathe, along with itching and rash (signs of a severe allergic reaction or angioedema)
  • Hypersensitivity (overreaction of the immune system)
  • Skin swelling
  • Confusion
  • Dizziness
  • Stuffy nose
  • Vomiting
  • Nausea (feeling sick to your stomach)
  • Constipation
  • Allergic reaction
  • Reduced lung secretions

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Glyronul if you are allergic to glycopyrronium bromide or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have glaucoma (high pressure in your eye).
  • Do not use if you have myasthenia gravis (a disease causing muscle weakness and tiredness).
  • Do not use if you have stomach pain and swelling (paralytic ileus) or narrowing of the stomach opening (pyloric stenosis).
  • Do not use if you have an enlarged prostate.

  • Do not use if you have an irregular heart rhythm (prolonged QT interval) and are taking certain muscarinic receptor blockers, like neostigmine.
  • Tell your doctor if you have a fever.
  • Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems.
  • Tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure or heart problems.
  • Tell your doctor if you have asthma.
  • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Tell your doctor if you have diarrhea or ulcerative colitis (an inflammation of the colon).
  • Tell your doctor if you have Parkinsonism (symptoms similar to Parkinson's disease).
  • Tell your doctor if you have a condition with a fast heart rate, including an overactive thyroid or heart failure.
  • Avoid high temperatures (hot weather) to prevent overheating.
  • This medicine can cause blurred vision or dizziness, affecting your ability to drive or use machines. Do not drive or operate machines until these symptoms are gone.
