How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is 1 capsule, 3 times a day.

Method

Take the capsule(s) with a full glass of water. You can take the capsules with food or drink. All 3 capsules can also be taken at once.

Important

Do not take more than 3 capsules (1200 mg of glucosamine) per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to glucosamine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not take if you are allergic to shellfish, as the active ingredient comes from shellfish.
  • Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine to make sure your joint problem is not another disease that needs different treatment.
  • If you have high cholesterol, your doctor may want to check your cholesterol levels before and during treatment.
  • If you have asthma, watch for any worsening of your symptoms when you start taking this medicine.

  • If you have diabetes, your blood sugar may need to be checked more often when you start this medicine.
  • Be careful if you take blood-thinning medicines (like warfarin) as Glucosamin Pharma Nord can make their effect stronger. Your doctor will need to monitor you closely.
  • Be careful if you also take tetracycline.
  • This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
  • Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you feel drowsy, dizzy, nauseous, or vomit after starting this medicine, do not drive or use machines.
  • This medicine contains potassium (87 mg per capsule). If you have kidney problems or are on a low-potassium diet, talk to your doctor.
