How to Use
Dosage
Take 1 to 3 tablets.
Method
Chew the tablets well about 1.5 hours after meals, just before bed, or as needed. If a tablet is too large, chew and swallow half at a time. Do not swallow tablets whole.
Important
Use as needed; for persistent or severe symptoms, consult a doctor. For children, use only as prescribed by a doctor.

Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to alginic acid, sodium bicarbonate, dried aluminium hydroxide gel, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Talk to your doctor before using Gaviscon if you have severe kidney disease, especially if you are on dialysis.
- Gaviscon can affect how other medicines work. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all medicines you are taking, have recently taken, or might take. For example, Gaviscon can reduce the effect of iron medicines, so take them at least two hours apart.
- Do not take Gaviscon with juice or other acidic drinks.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.
