How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose is 75-150 IU (International Units) daily. For IVF, the usual starting dose is 150-225 IU daily. Your doctor may adjust your dose.
Method
You will receive one injection under the skin (subcutaneous) daily.
Important
For ovulation induction, the maximum daily dose is usually 225 IU. For assisted reproduction, the maximum daily dose is usually 450 IU.

Important Warnings
- Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not use if you have enlarged ovaries or cysts (not due to PCOS), unexplained vaginal bleeding, certain cancers (ovary, uterus, breast), pituitary or hypothalamic tumors, or if you are allergic to urofollitropin or any other ingredient.
- Do not use if you have early menopause, malformations of reproductive organs, or uterine tumors that make normal pregnancy impossible.
- This treatment increases the risk of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS). If you experience lower abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or weight gain, contact your doctor immediately.
- There is an increased risk of multiple pregnancies (like twins) and ectopic pregnancy.

- This treatment may increase the risk of blood clots. Discuss this with your doctor if you or your close family have a history of blood clots, or if you are very overweight.
- This medicine is made from human urine. While the risk of infection is minimized by the manufacturing process, it cannot be completely ruled out.
