How to Use
Dosage
One tablet daily.
Method
Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food.
Important
Do not exceed one tablet per day.

Important Warnings
- Do not use Flynise if you are allergic to desloratadine, loratadine, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Talk to your doctor if you have reduced kidney function.
- Talk to your doctor if you or a family member has a history of seizures.
- This medicine should not be given to children under 12 years of age.
- Flynise is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

- Be careful with alcohol consumption while taking this medicine.
- Contact your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after 5 days of treatment or if they worsen.
Use in Elderly Patients
Category C
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Concurrent use with clopidogrel can increase loratadine and desloratadine level. (updated 19.9.2025)
