How to Use

Dosage

Children 6-12 years: Take 2.5 ml (1½ measuring spoons) 2-3 times daily. Adolescents over 12 years and adults: For the first 2-3 days, take 5 ml (1 measuring spoon) 3 times daily. After that, take 5 ml (1 measuring spoon) 2 times daily.

Method

Take by mouth after meals using the measuring spoon provided.

Important

For adults, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 10 ml twice a day (total 20 ml daily) if a stronger effect is needed.

  • Severe skin reactions, such as rash and blisters (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis)
  • Swelling of the face, tongue, or throat (angioedema), itching, and severe allergic reaction (anaphylactic shock)
  • Dry throat

Important Warnings

  • Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to ambroxol hydrochloride or any other ingredients.
  • Do not give to children under 2 years old. For children aged 2-5 years, use only as directed by a doctor.
  • If you develop a rash or blisters on your skin or mucous membranes (in the mouth, throat, nose, eyes, or genital area), stop using the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
  • If you have kidney or liver disease, use this medicine with caution and only as directed by your doctor.
  • If you have a lung condition with a lot of mucus but difficulty coughing it up, use under medical supervision.

  • If you have had a stomach or duodenal ulcer, talk to your doctor before using this medicine.
  • Do not use this medicine with cough suppressants that block the cough reflex.
  • During pregnancy and breastfeeding, use only as directed by a doctor. It is not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
