How to Use

Dosage

For adults, take one sachet 3-4 times a day as needed.

Method

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot water and drink it warm.

Important

Do not take more than eight sachets in a 24-hour period.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Upset stomach (heartburn, nausea, diarrhea)
  • Restlessness
  • Tremors
  • Palpitations (fast heartbeat)
  • Difficulty sleeping
RARE
  • Allergic reactions (severe allergic reaction, hives, allergic rhinitis, asthma)
  • Dizziness
  • Ringing in the ears
  • Stomach or duodenal ulcer (with long-term use)
  • Gastrointestinal bleeding (with long-term use)

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), other salicylates, caffeine, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have previously had severe allergic reactions (like asthma, allergic rhinitis, or hives) to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
  • Do not use if you have a stomach or duodenal ulcer.
  • Do not use if you have a tendency to bleed easily or have low platelet counts in your blood.
  • Do not use if you have severe kidney or liver problems.

  • Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy.
  • Do not give to children under 16 years old for fever or flu symptoms, as it may cause a rare but serious condition called Reye's syndrome.
  • Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Finrexin if you have asthma, allergies, heart, liver, or kidney problems, or a history of stomach/duodenal ulcers.
  • Use with caution if you have kidney stones or too much iron in your body, due to the Vitamin C content.
  • The caffeine in this medicine may cause sleeplessness.
  • Finrexin Blackcurrant contains benzyl alcohol, which can cause allergic reactions; consult your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
