How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.

Method

Swallow the capsule whole with plenty of liquid (e.g., a glass of water). Do not chew it. You can take it before, during, or after a meal.

Important

Usually for a maximum of 10 days. For severe COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), treatment may continue for up to 4 weeks if needed.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to erdosteine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not take if you have an active stomach or duodenal ulcer.
  • Do not take if you have severe liver or kidney disease.
  • Do not take if you have homocystinuria (a metabolic disorder).
  • Talk to your doctor if you have had a stomach or duodenal ulcer before.
