How to Use

Dosage

The dose depends on the child's age and is prescribed by a doctor, typically ranging from 2.5 mg to 10 mg.

Method

Administer the medicine inside the mouth, between the cheek and lower gum, using the syringe. Give it slowly to prevent choking.

Important

Do not give more than one dose without a doctor's instruction.

Important Warnings

  • Do not give this medicine if you are allergic to midazolam or similar medicines.
  • Do not give this medicine if you have severe muscle weakness, serious breathing problems, sleep apnea (breathing stops during sleep), or severe liver disease.
  • Seek immediate medical help if you notice severe breathing difficulties (slow or shallow breathing, blue lips), signs of cardiac arrest (loss of consciousness, no pulse), or a severe allergic reaction (swelling of the face, lips, or tongue, difficulty swallowing or breathing).
  • This medicine may cause you not to remember what happened after taking it. Monitor the patient carefully.
  • Do not drink alcohol or grapefruit juice with this medicine, as they can increase its sedative effects.

  • This medicine should not be given to children younger than 3 months. Children aged 3-6 months must be treated in a hospital.
