How to Use

Dosage

One tablet.

Method

Take tablets whole with water, twice a day. Do not chew, break, or crush them. Take at least 30 minutes before eating.

Important

Maximum of two tablets per day.

  • Headache

RARE
  • Severe allergic reaction (swelling, breathing difficulties)
  • Severe rash or blisters on the skin
  • Yellow skin or eyes (liver problems)
  • Black, tarry stools or vomiting blood
  • Heart attack or stroke (chest pain, numbness)
  • Kidney problems (e.g., back pain, blood in urine)
  • Rare blood disorders (e.g., anemia, low platelets)
  • Low magnesium level in blood (tiredness, muscle cramps)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take Emoxenduo if you are allergic to naproxen, esomeprazole, or any other ingredient in the medicine.
  • Do not use this medicine if you have severe liver, kidney, or heart problems.
  • Do not use Emoxenduo if you have a stomach ulcer or other bleeding problems in your stomach or intestines.
  • Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if you have a severe allergic reaction, such as sudden difficulty breathing, or swelling of your lips or face.
  • Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if you develop a severe rash, blisters, or peeling skin.

  • Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if your skin or eyes turn yellow, your urine is dark, or you are very tired (these can be signs of liver problems).
  • Contact a doctor immediately if you experience chest pain, confusion, muscle weakness, or numbness on one side of your body (these can be signs of a heart attack or stroke).
  • Contact a doctor immediately if you have black, tarry stools, or vomit blood or material that looks like coffee grounds.
