How to Use

Dosage

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area once a day.

Important

Do not use more than once a day.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles)
  • Burning sensation
  • Itching
  • Infection
  • Abscess
  • Numbness or tingling (paresthesia)
  • Allergic skin rash (contact dermatitis)
  • Lightening of skin color
  • Increased hair growth
  • Stretch marks
  • Acne-like rash
  • Thinning of the skin
  • Pain at the application site
  • Reactions at the application site
  • Blurred vision
  • Dry skin
  • Skin irritation
  • Rash
  • Rash around the mouth (perioral dermatitis)
  • Softening of the skin (maceration)
  • Prickly heat (miliaria)
  • Visible small blood vessels (telangiectasia)

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to mometasone or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have a bacterial, viral, or fungal skin infection.
  • Avoid using on your face if you have rosacea or acne.
  • Do not use on open wounds, broken skin, or diaper rash.
  • Be careful not to get this medicine in your eyes.

  • Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to have a baby.
  • Do not use for a long time (more than 2-3 weeks), on large skin areas, on your face, or in skin folds, especially for children, unless your doctor tells you to.
  • If you notice blurred vision or other sight problems, contact your doctor.
