  • nervousness, irritability, restlessness, feeling weak, trouble sleeping, headache, sweating
  • feeling your heart beat (palpitations), high blood pressure, fast heart rate
  • difficulty breathing
  • nausea, vomiting
RARE
  • irregular heartbeats
  • inability to urinate

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to ephedrine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure.
  • Tell your doctor if you have heart disease or other heart problems.
  • Tell your doctor if you have diabetes.
  • Tell your doctor if you have an overactive thyroid gland.
