COMMON
  • Confusion, anxiety, depression
  • Nervousness, irritability, restlessness, weakness, difficulty sleeping, headache, sweating
  • High blood pressure, fast heart rate
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Nausea, vomiting
RARE
  • Irregular heart rhythm
  • Inability to urinate

Important Warnings

  • Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to ephedrine or any other ingredients in it.
  • Tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, glaucoma (high eye pressure), an enlarged prostate, or poor kidney function.
  • If you are pregnant or planning to be pregnant, tell your doctor. This medicine is given to pregnant women only if the doctor says it is absolutely necessary.
  • Do not breastfeed for two days after getting this medicine.
