How to Use
Dosage
Take one capsule once a day.
Method
Swallow the capsule whole with water, 30 minutes after the same meal each day; do not chew or open the capsule as its contents can irritate your mouth or throat.
Important
The maximum daily dose is one capsule.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON

- •Prolonged and painful erection (priapism)
- •Severe skin reactions (like Stevens-Johnson syndrome, with blisters and peeling skin around mouth, nose, eyes, genitals)
- •Unusual or fast heart rhythm
- •Shortness of breath
- •Depression
- •Testicle pain and swelling
- •Nosebleeds
- •Severe skin rashes
- •Changes in vision (blurred vision or decreased vision)
- •Dry mouth
Important Warnings
- This medicine is only for men; women, children, and teenagers under 18 should not take it.
- Do not take if you are allergic to dutasteride, tamsulosin, similar medicines (5-alpha reductase inhibitors), soy, peanuts, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not take if you have low blood pressure that makes you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint when standing up.
- Do not take if you have a severe liver disease.
- This medicine may increase the risk of heart failure, which means your heart might not pump blood as well as it should.

- Women, children, and teenagers must not handle leaking capsules, as the medicine can be absorbed through the skin and may cause harm. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water.
- Use a condom during sex. The medicine can be found in semen and could harm an unborn male baby if your partner is pregnant or might become pregnant.
- This medicine can cause breast enlargement or tenderness. Tell your doctor if you notice any breast lumps, nipple discharge, or if these changes bother you, as they could be signs of serious conditions like breast cancer.
- This medicine may cause dizziness. If you feel dizzy, do not drive or use machines.
- If you are having eye surgery for cataracts, tell your eye doctor that you are taking (or have taken) this medicine, as it can cause problems during the surgery.
