How to Use

Dosage

Apply a 2 cm strip of toothpaste onto your toothbrush for each brushing.

Method

Brush your teeth three times a day after meals, for about three minutes each time. Brush from the gums towards the tips of your teeth. Spit out any extra foam and do not swallow the toothpaste.

Important

Do not use more than three times a day, with a 2 cm strip of toothpaste each time.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to fluoride or any other ingredients in this toothpaste.
  • Avoid using other fluoride products like tablets, drops, chewing gum, gels, or fluoride-added water and salt while using Duraphat.
  • This toothpaste is not for children or teenagers under 16 years old.
  • Do not use if you often accidentally swallow toothpaste.
  • If you regularly swallow too much toothpaste over many months or years, it can lead to dental fluorosis (spots or discoloration on tooth enamel) or bone fluorosis.
