How to Use
Dosage
For pain, typical starting dose is 10 mg oxycodone / 5 mg naloxone every 12 hours; for restless legs syndrome, it's 5 mg oxycodone / 2.5 mg naloxone every 12 hours.
Method
Swallow the tablets whole with enough liquid, do not crush, chew or split them. Take every 12 hours at the same time each day.
Important
For pain, the maximum daily dose is 160 mg oxycodone and 80 mg naloxone. For restless legs syndrome, the maximum is 60 mg oxycodone and 30 mg naloxone.

Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to oxycodone, naloxone, or any other ingredients.
- Do not take this medicine if you have severe breathing problems or a serious lung disease.
- This medicine contains an opioid (oxycodone) and can cause dependence and addiction. Do not misuse it.
- Never inject these tablets; doing so can be fatal and cause serious harm.
- Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice while taking this medicine, as they can increase serious side effects.

- Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel very sleepy or fall asleep suddenly while taking this medicine.
