How to Use

Dosage

One spray into each nostril in the morning and one spray into each nostril in the evening.

Method

Shake the bottle, clear your nose, tilt your head slightly forward, insert the spray tip into one nostril, close the other nostril, and spray once while gently breathing in. Repeat for the other nostril.

Important

Do not exceed one spray into each nostril twice a day (morning and evening), for a total of four sprays per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Nosebleed
  • Headache
  • Bitter taste in mouth
  • Unpleasant smell
  • Mild irritation inside the nose, such as tingling, itching, or sneezing
  • Dry nose
  • Cough, dry throat, or throat irritation
RARE
  • Dry mouth
  • Dizziness or drowsiness
  • Cataract, glaucoma, or increased eye pressure, which can cause vision changes or red, painful eyes
  • Damage to the skin and mucous membrane inside the nose
  • Nausea, fatigue, exhaustion, or weakness
  • Rash, itchy skin or redness, or itchy bumps
  • Bronchospasm (tightening of the airways in the lungs)
  • Blurred vision
  • Nose ulcers
  • Severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, leading to difficulty swallowing or breathing, or a sudden rash

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to azelastine hydrochloride, fluticasone propionate, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Tell your doctor if you have recently had a nose injury, nose surgery, or a nose infection.
  • Inform your doctor if you have changes in your vision or have had glaucoma or cataracts.
  • Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after 14 days of regular use, or if they get worse.
  • Do not use this medicine for more than 3 months without discussing it with your doctor.

  • Children under 18 years old should only use this medicine if prescribed by a doctor.
  • This medicine may cause dizziness or tiredness. If you experience these effects, do not drive or operate machines. Alcohol can make these effects worse.
  • Avoid getting the nasal spray in your eyes.
