How to Use

Dosage

Usually, one prolonged-release tablet (100mg, 150mg or 200mg) twice a day, in the morning and evening. Your doctor will determine your exact dose.

Method

Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food, preferably in the morning and evening. Do not break, chew, or crush the tablet.

Important

Do not take more than 400 mg of tramadol hydrochloride per day, unless your doctor has prescribed it.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take Dolatramyl if you are allergic to tramadol or any other ingredients in the medicine.
  • Do not take Dolatramyl if you have consumed a lot of alcohol or taken too many sleeping pills, pain medicines, or mood-altering drugs.
  • Do not use this medicine if you have taken certain antidepressants (MAO inhibitors) within the last 14 days.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have severe epilepsy or seizures that are not controlled by medication.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have high pressure in your brain, breathing problems, liver or kidney disease, or if you feel faint or are in shock.

  • Do not drink alcohol while taking Dolatramyl, as it can increase the effects of the medicine.
  • Do not use Dolatramyl during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Be careful when driving or operating machinery, as this medicine can cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision.
  • If you notice symptoms like slow breathing, confusion, or severe drowsiness, stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
  • Long-term use can lead to dependence and a risk of overdose.
