How to Use

Dosage

Take one tablet daily for 21 days; first 11 white tablets, then 10 blue tablets.

Method

Take each tablet with water, preferably in the evening. Follow the order on the pack: white tablets first, then blue. After 21 days, take a 7-day break, then start a new pack on the same day of the week.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Weight gain or loss, swelling due to fluid retention
  • Feeling low, nervous, anxious, trouble sleeping, lack of energy, mood swings, difficulty concentrating, changes in sex drive, feeling very happy, agitation
  • Headache, dizziness, migraine
  • Hot flashes, increased sweating
  • Nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, gas, constipation, upper stomach discomfort, diarrhea, rectal problems
  • Breast pain or tenderness, breast enlargement
  • Vaginal discharge, irregular or spotting bleeding, external genital or vaginal discomfort, menstrual problems, uterine lining growth
  • Acne, hair loss, dry skin, nail problems, skin lumps, excessive body hair, painful red skin bumps, hives
  • Feeling your heartbeat, increased blood pressure, superficial vein inflammation, purple bruise-like spots
  • Shortness of breath, runny nose
  • Frequent or increased urge to urinate, difficulty holding urine, bladder infection, changes in urine color, blood in urine
  • Joint problems, muscle cramps
  • Benign breast or uterine lining growths, allergic reactions, increased appetite, high cholesterol, vision problems, dry eyes, tremors, sensory disturbances, fatigue, abnormal lab results, weakness, fever, flu-like symptoms, generally feeling unwell
RARE
  • Poor tolerance for contact lenses
  • Changes in liver function and bile flow
  • Skin rash
  • Blood clots, usually in a leg or the lungs, causing pain, swelling, or redness
  • Menstrual cramps, PMS-like syndrome

Important Warnings

  • Stop taking Divina and see a doctor right away if your skin or the whites of your eyes turn yellow (jaundice), as this may be a sign of liver problems.
  • Seek immediate medical help if you notice signs of a blood clot, such as painful swelling or redness in your legs, sudden chest pain, or trouble breathing.
  • Stop taking Divina immediately if you become pregnant.
  • Contact your doctor if you experience a significant rise in blood pressure or a new type of migraine headache.
  • Do not take Divina if you have or have had breast cancer or any cancer that depends on estrogen, such as uterine cancer.
