How to Use

Dosage

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.

Method

You can swallow the tablets whole or crush them. You can take them with food.

Important

Your doctor will tell you the exact dose. For Divifarm 1000 IU, do not take more than 2 tablets a day.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • High calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcaemia) and high calcium levels in the urine (hypercalciuria).
  • Itching, rash, and hives.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have high levels of calcium in your blood or urine.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have too much Vitamin D in your blood (hypervitaminosis D).
  • Do not take this medicine if you have kidney stones.
  • Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you have sarcoidosis (a disease that affects connective tissue in the lungs, skin, and joints).
