How to Use
Dosage
The recommended dose is one tablet once daily.
Method
Tablets can be swallowed whole or crushed and can be taken with food.
Important
The daily dose should not exceed 4000 IU (5 tablets).
Possible Side Effects
RARE
- •Increased calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcaemia).
- •Increased calcium levels in the urine (hypercalciuria).
RARE
- •Itching.
- •Rash.
- •Hives (nettle rash).
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to cholecalciferol or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not take if you have high calcium levels in your blood (hypercalcaemia) or urine (hypercalciuria).
- Do not take if you have high vitamin D levels in your blood (hypervitaminosis D).
- Do not take if you have kidney stones.
- Talk to your doctor if you have sarcoidosis (a connective tissue disease affecting the lungs, skin, and joints, among others).

- Talk to your doctor if you have kidney problems or a history of kidney stones.
- Stop use and seek immediate medical help if you experience severe allergic reaction symptoms, such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty swallowing, hives, and difficulty breathing.
