How to Use

Dosage

One spray (1.25 mg) onto the tongue for a chest pain attack; the recommended dose is 1-3 sprays (1.25–3.75 mg).

Method

Spray directly onto the tongue with the bottle held upright. Hold your breath for a moment, then close your mouth and breathe normally. Wait at least 30 seconds before the next spray.

Important

The maximum daily dose is individual and determined by your doctor.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to this medicine or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you are taking medicines for erectile dysfunction (like sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil), as this can cause a dangerously low blood pressure.
  • Do not use if you have certain heart conditions, such as constrictive pericarditis or cardiac tamponade.
  • Do not use if you have bleeding in the brain.
  • Do not use if you are severely dehydrated, in shock, or have low blood pressure.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category A

Suitable for older adults. Consider reduced blood pressure and the risk of fainting due to orthostatic hypotonia. Need for long-acting product should be assessed regularly. (updated 19.5.2025)
