Dimethyl fumarate Hexal is a medicine used to treat relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) in patients aged 13 years and older.
Initially, take 120 mg twice daily for 7 days. After 7 days, the usual dose is 240 mg twice daily.
Take orally. Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not divide, crush, dissolve, suck, or chew them, as this may increase some side effects. Take with food to help reduce common side effects.
The maximum daily dose is 480 mg.
