Dicuno is an anti-inflammatory painkiller (NSAID) that reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and lowers fever, used for mild to moderate pain conditions, including migraine.

How to Use

Dosage

The usual dose is 25-50 mg three times a day for mild to moderate pain.

Method

Take tablets with liquid, preferably not with or immediately after a meal. Tablets can be divided in half. Not for use by children or adolescents under 18 years.

Important

The maximum recommended daily dose is 150 mg.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, loss of appetite, and gas.
  • Headache, light-headedness, and dizziness.
  • Skin rash.
  • Increased liver enzyme levels (can be seen in blood tests).
RARE
  • Feeling tired or fatigued.
  • Asthma attacks (difficulty breathing).
  • Severe stomach problems, such as ulcers or bleeding in the digestive tract (may include blood in stools or vomit).
  • Liver problems, including inflammation of the liver, which may cause yellowing of the skin or eyes.
  • Swelling in the body due to extra fluid.
  • Severe skin reactions, including blisters, widespread redness, or peeling skin.
  • Changes in blood cells, such as fewer white blood cells, which can make you more prone to infections.
  • Mental confusion, depression, difficulty sleeping, or nightmares.
  • Nerve problems, such as burning or tingling skin, memory problems, or seizures.
  • Problems with vision (like blurred or double vision) or hearing (like ringing in the ears or hearing loss).
  • Heart or circulation problems, such as chest pain, fast heartbeat, or high blood pressure.
  • Hair loss or increased sensitivity to sunlight.
  • Severe kidney problems, which can lead to reduced or stopped urine production.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac potassium or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have or have had stomach or duodenal ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, or bleeding in the digestive tract.
  • Do not use if you have severe heart disease, a history of stroke or heart attack, or circulation problems.
  • Do not use if you have severe kidney or liver problems.
  • Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy.

  • Do not use while breastfeeding.
  • Do not use if you have chickenpox.
  • Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you experience rash, swelling of the face, tongue or throat, difficulty swallowing, or breathing problems.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment due to increased risk of heart attack and stroke.
  • Stop use and contact a doctor if you notice signs of stomach bleeding, such as blood in stools or vomit.
  • Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy, drowsy, or have vision problems.
