How to Use

Dosage

Take one tablet daily.

Method

Take one tablet at approximately the same time each day for 21 days, followed by a 7-day tablet-free break.

Important

One tablet per day. Do not exceed this dose.

  • Increase in blood pressure

Important Warnings

  • Stop taking the tablets and contact your doctor immediately if you notice signs of a blood clot, such as an unusual cough, severe chest pain, shortness of breath, a severe headache, vision problems, or swelling/pain in one leg.
  • Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms of angioedema, such as swelling of the face, tongue, and/or throat, difficulty swallowing, or hives with breathing difficulties.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of blood clots, heart attack, stroke, severe liver disease, certain cancers, or unexplained vaginal bleeding.
  • Do not use if you are allergic to cyproterone acetate, ethinylestradiol, or any other ingredient in Diane Nova.
  • Inform your doctor about all other medications, including herbal remedies, as they may interact with Diane Nova. Smoking is strongly discouraged, especially if you are over 35 years old.
