How to Use
Dosage
Take one tablet once a day.
Method
Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food.
Important
Do not take more than one tablet per day.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to desloratadine, loratadine, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems.
- Tell your doctor if you or your family have a history of seizures.
- This medicine is not for children under 12 years old.
- Be careful when taking this medicine with alcohol.

Use in Elderly Patients
Category C
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Concurrent use with clopidogrel can increase loratadine and desloratadine level. (updated 19.9.2025)
