For diabetes insipidus, the usual dose for adults and children is 1-2 tablets (60 microgram) under the tongue three times a day. For bedwetting in children, it's 1-2 tablets (120 microgram) under the tongue at night. For night urination in adults, it's 1 tablet (60 microgram) under the tongue at night.
Place the tablet under your tongue, where it will dissolve without water. Always take it at the same time relative to meals.
