For central diabetes insipidus, adults and children usually take 60-120 micrograms under the tongue three times a day. For bedwetting in children (5 years and older), take 120-240 micrograms under the tongue at night. For adults with frequent night-time urination, start with 60 micrograms under the tongue at night; this dose can be increased weekly to 120 then 240 micrograms if needed.

Method

Place the tablet under your tongue, where it will dissolve without water. Do not chew or swallow it whole.
