How to Use

Dosage

One tablet once daily.

Method

Take the tablet whole with water, with or without food.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to desloratadine, loratadine, or any other ingredients of the medicine.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have kidney problems.
  • Talk to your doctor if you or your family have a history of seizures.
  • Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age.
  • Use is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Be careful if you consume alcohol with this medicine.
  • If symptoms do not improve within 5 days, contact a doctor.
  • Deslox contains lactose. Talk to your doctor if you have a sugar intolerance.
  • Avoid tasks requiring high concentration, such as driving or operating machinery, until you know how the medicine affects you.
  • If you notice severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing, hives, swelling), stop taking the medicine and seek immediate medical attention.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Concurrent use with clopidogrel can increase loratadine and desloratadine level. (updated 19.9.2025)
