How to Use
Dosage
One tablet once daily.
Method
Take one tablet by mouth with water, with or without food; swallow the tablet whole.
Important
The maximum recommended dose is one tablet (5 mg desloratadine) per day.

Important Warnings
- Do not use Desloratadine Sandoz if you are allergic to desloratadine, loratadine, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Talk to your doctor if you or your family have a history of seizures.
- Talk to your doctor if you have kidney problems.
- Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years old.
- Be careful when taking this medicine with alcohol.

Use in Elderly Patients
Category C
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Concurrent use with clopidogrel can increase loratadine and desloratadine level. (updated 19.9.2025)
