How to Use

Dosage

One tablet once a day.

Method

Take orally with water, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole.

Important

Do not exceed one tablet per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to desloratadine, loratadine, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have reduced kidney function.
  • Talk to your doctor if you or your family have a history of seizures.
  • Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age.
  • Be careful when taking this medicine with alcohol.

  • If you have a sugar intolerance (e.g., isomalt), talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Concurrent use with clopidogrel can increase loratadine and desloratadine level. (updated 19.9.2025)
