How to Use
Dosage
For adults, the usual dose is 100 mg or 140 mg once a day, depending on the condition. For children, the dose depends on their body weight and will be determined by a doctor.
Method
Swallow the tablets whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush, divide, or chew them.
Important
The doctor will determine the maximum daily dose depending on your condition and response, generally up to 140 mg for adults.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to dasatinib or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Tell your doctor if you are taking blood-thinning medicines.
- Tell your doctor if you have liver or heart disease.
- Contact a doctor immediately if you have breathing difficulties, chest pain, or cough, as this could be a sign of fluid in your lungs.
- Tell your doctor if you have had Hepatitis B infection, as the medicine can reactivate it.

- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not take antacids (heartburn medicines) 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking this medicine.
- Do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice during treatment.
