Darunavir Accord is an HIV medicine that reduces the amount of HIV in the body and improves the immune system's function.
The usual adult dose is 800 mg (two 400 mg tablets or one 800 mg tablet) once a day, always with a 150 mg dose of cobicistat or a 100 mg dose of ritonavir.
Swallow the tablets whole with food and a liquid, such as water or milk. Take at the same time with cobicistat or ritonavir and other HIV medicines as prescribed by your doctor.
The maximum daily dose is 800 mg once daily or 600 mg twice daily (total 1200 mg per day), as directed by your doctor.
