How to Use
Dosage
1 lozenge every 2-3 hours.
Method
Let one lozenge slowly dissolve in your mouth.
Important
Adults: Maximum 10 lozenges per day. Adolescents (12-18 years): Maximum 5 lozenges per day.
Possible Side Effects
RARE
- •Swelling of the face, tongue, or throat
- •Difficulty swallowing
- •Rash
- •Breathing difficulties
- •Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) which may include fluid buildup in skin/mucous membranes, itching, itchy rash, bronchial spasms, low blood pressure, and loss of consciousness.
COMMON
- •Taste disturbances
- •Irritation on the tongue
- •Brown discoloration of teeth with prolonged use (this discoloration is usually easy to remove).
Important Warnings
- Use only for short-term pain relief; avoid frequent use.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve after 3-4 days, or if you experience fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, or rash.
- Use with caution if you are allergic to other local anesthetics, such as lidocaine.
- Taking more than the recommended dose can impair your swallowing reflex, increasing the risk of inhaling food or liquids.
- This medicine is not for children under 12 years of age.

- This medicine is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Do not use Coldycin Honey continuously for more than 5 days.
