The medicine is given as an injection into a vein (single dose) or as a slow, continuous infusion into a vein.

COMMON
- •Slowed heart rate
- •Low blood pressure
RARE
- •Rash or skin redness
- •Wheezing or coughing
- •Sudden wheezing, chest pain or tightness
- •Swelling of eyelids, face, lips, mouth or tongue
- •Raised rash or hives anywhere on your body
- •Fainting and shock
- •Muscle weakness or pain
Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to cisatracurium, any other muscle relaxant, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not use if you have previously had a bad reaction to an anesthetic.
- Tell your doctor if you have muscle weakness, tiredness, or difficulty coordinating movements (myasthenia gravis).
- Tell your doctor if you have a neuromuscular disease, such as muscular dystrophy, paralysis, motor neuron disease, or cerebral palsy.
- Tell your doctor if you have a burn that needs medical treatment.

- If you are breastfeeding, you should wait 3 hours after treatment before resuming breastfeeding.
- Do not drive or operate machinery too soon after your procedure, as this medicine can affect your ability to concentrate.
