Ciprofloxacin Krka is an antibiotic that works by killing bacteria that cause infections, effective against specific bacteria strains.
Take the tablets as directed by your doctor. The dosage depends on the type and severity of the infection.
Swallow the tablets with plenty of liquid. Do not chew or crush them.
Your doctor will tell you the maximum daily dose.
Avoid use in older adults. Risk of QT prolongation. Reduce the dose and/or increase the dosing interval in moderately severe renal impairment. Calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and aluminium reduce absorption. Increases the risk of tendinitis and aortic injury and valvular heart disease.
