How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose for adults is one 30 mg tablet once a day. Your doctor will adjust the dose based on your condition.
Method
Take the tablets by mouth, with or right after food. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not chew, crush, or divide it.

Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to cinacalcet or any other ingredients.
- Do not take this medicine if your blood calcium level is too low.
- Tell your doctor if you have or have had seizures, liver problems, or heart failure.
- This medicine can dangerously lower your calcium levels, which can be life-threatening. Watch for symptoms like muscle cramps, numbness, or seizures.
- Low calcium levels can cause heart rhythm problems. Tell your doctor if you notice unusual heartbeats.
