How to Use
Dosage
The usual dose is 2 capsules (800 mg) once a day for three months. For severe pain, you can take 3 capsules (1200 mg) a day for the first 4-6 weeks, then go back to 2 capsules (800 mg) a day for the rest of the three-month period.
Method
Swallow the capsules whole with a glass of water. Do not chew them.
Important
Do not take more than 3 capsules (1200 mg) in one day. You can take this dose all at once or split it into three separate doses.

- Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have heart problems or kidney problems, as this medicine might cause your body to hold extra fluid and swell.
- Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have liver problems.
- Tell your doctor if you take medicines that thin your blood (like aspirin, dipyridamole, clopidogrel, ticlopidine, or warfarin). Your doctor may need to check your blood more often.
- Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as there isn't enough information on its safety for these situations.
