How to Use

Dosage

The content of one single-dose pipette should be dripped into the affected ear twice a day for 7 days.

Method

Warm the pipette by holding it in your hand for a few minutes. Lie down with the affected ear facing up. Drop the medicine into the ear canal while gently pulling the earlobe. Stay in this position for about 5 minutes. Discard the pipette after use.

Important

Two single-dose pipettes per day (one for each dose, morning and evening).

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Ear itching, ringing in ears
  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Local skin reactions or irritation at the application site
  • Pain at the application site
RARE
  • Rash
  • Blistering and severe skin damage
  • Red and peeling skin
  • Severe allergic reaction with fever, red patches, joint pain, and/or eye problems
  • Skin allergy with itching and hives

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to ciprofloxacin, other quinolone antibiotics, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • If you develop an allergic reaction (e.g., rash, swelling of the face/throat, difficulty breathing), stop treatment immediately and contact your doctor.
  • This medicine is only for use in the ear. Do not swallow it, inject it, inhale it, or use it in your eyes.
  • Do not stop using the ear drops early, even if your symptoms improve, as the infection may return.
