How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will decide your dose based on your illness and body size. It is usually given every six weeks, 150-200 mg/m² as a single dose or split into 75-100 mg/m² per day for two days.

Method

The medicine is given as a drip (infusion) into a vein over 1–2 hours. The infusion must last at least one hour to prevent pain at the injection site.

Important

The maximum daily dose is 100 mg/m², if the dose is split over several days.
