How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will determine your dose based on your illness and body size, usually 150-200 mg/m² given intravenously every six weeks, or split into 75-100 mg/m² on two consecutive days.

Method

The medicine is given as an infusion directly into a vein (drip) over 1-2 hours. It is important that the infusion lasts at least one hour to prevent pain or a burning sensation at the injection site.

Important

The maximum dose, 600 mg/m², is only given before a stem cell transplant.
