Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to calcium, vitamin D, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not use if you have severe kidney disease.
- Do not use if you have too much calcium in your blood or urine.
- Do not use if you have kidney stones.
- Do not use if you have too much vitamin D in your blood.

- Calcichew D3 Extra is not intended for use in children or adolescents.
- Talk to your doctor if you take other medicines for a long time, especially diuretics (for high blood pressure or swelling) or cardiac glycosides (for heart problems).
- Talk to your doctor if you have signs of reduced kidney function or a high risk of kidney stone formation.
- Talk to your doctor if you have sarcoidosis (an immune system disorder that can increase vitamin D levels in your body).
- Talk to your doctor if you have osteoporosis and cannot move around at the same time.
- Talk to your doctor if you are taking other vitamin D products. Other calcium and vitamin D products should only be used under strict medical supervision.
- Seek immediate medical attention if you experience swelling of the face, tongue, or lips (angioedema) or throat swelling.
