How to Use

Dosage

Apply 4-10 cm of gel (about 2-5 grams or 100-250 mg ibuprofen) 3 times a day.

Method

Apply the gel to the painful area of skin and rub it in gently. Only use on unbroken skin. Wash your hands after applying, unless your hands are the treated area. Do not use bandages.

Important

The maximum daily dose is 15 grams of gel, which is 750 mg of ibuprofen.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredients in the gel. Stop use immediately if you get signs of a serious allergic reaction, like trouble breathing, itching, or swelling.
  • Do not apply the gel to broken, irritated, or infected skin (like rashes, acne, or open wounds).
  • Do not use this gel if you are in the last three months of your pregnancy.
  • Keep the gel away from your eyes, lips, and other sensitive areas.
  • Avoid strong sunlight or tanning beds on the treated skin during and for one day after treatment.
