How to Use

Dosage

One sachet 1-3 times a day as needed, with 4-6 hours between doses.

Method

Dissolve the powder in a glass of warm water (about 200 ml).

Important

Do not exceed 1200 mg (3 sachets) in 24 hours.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Heartburn, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, gas, constipation.
  • Stomach or intestinal ulcers or inflammation, sometimes with minor bleeding.
  • Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness, agitation, sleeplessness, irritability.
RARE
  • Blurred vision, sensitivity to light, or temporary loss of vision.
  • Allergic reactions like skin rash, itching, or asthma attacks, sometimes with low blood pressure.
  • Inflammation of the stomach lining.
  • Kidney problems such as swelling, inflammation, or kidney failure.
  • Runny nose or difficulty breathing (like asthma attacks).
  • Depression, confusion, or seeing things that are not real.
  • Heart problems such as palpitations, heart failure, or heart attack.
  • Blood cell disorders with symptoms like fever, sore throat, mouth sores, or unusual bleeding.
  • Ringing or buzzing in the ears.
  • Severe liver inflammation, yellowing of skin or eyes, or liver damage.
  • Hair loss.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient in this medicine, or if you've had an allergic reaction to aspirin or other similar pain relievers.
  • Do not use if you have or have had stomach or intestinal ulcers or bleeding, especially if it has happened more than once.
  • Do not use if you have severe liver, kidney, or heart disease.
  • Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy.
  • Do not use if you are severely dehydrated (e.g., from vomiting or diarrhea).

  • Not for children under 12 years of age or weighing less than 40 kg.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. For short-term use only. Consider adverse renal effect in chronic kidney disease. Do not use in severe renal impairment. Increases swelling, worsens renal and heart failure and causes cardiovascular events. Increases risk of bleeding, especially in the gastrointestinal tract.
