Burana is an anti-inflammatory painkiller that temporarily relieves pain and fever, such as symptoms of colds, muscle pain, headaches, and menstrual pain.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years (weighing over 40 kg): 1 sachet 1–3 times a day as needed, with 4–6 hours between doses. For migraine: 1 sachet as a single dose when symptoms appear, repeat after 4–6 hours if needed.
Dissolve the powder from the sachet in a glass of warm water (approx. 200 ml). You can take it on an empty stomach, but if you experience stomach upset, take it with food or milk.
Do not exceed 3 sachets (1200 mg) per day.
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. For short-term use only. Consider adverse renal effect in chronic kidney disease. Do not use in severe renal impairment. Increases swelling, worsens renal and heart failure and causes cardiovascular events. Increases risk of bleeding, especially in the gastrointestinal tract. Consider potential interactions especially with preparations that increase risk of bleeding. (updated 16.9.2024)
