How to Use

Dosage

One drop in the affected eye or eyes twice a day.

Method

Wash your hands, shake the bottle, tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid, and put one drop into the pocket. Do not touch your eye with the tip of the bottle. Only use in the eyes. Do not swallow or inject.

Do not use more than one drop in each affected eye twice a day.

  • Serious skin rashes (red spots, blisters, peeling skin, mouth sores, flu-like symptoms)

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine or to sulfonamide medicines (like some diabetes medicines, antibiotics, or water pills).
  • Do not use if you are taking certain medicines for depression (MAO inhibitors or certain antidepressants).
  • Do not use if you have severe kidney disease or if your blood is too acidic (hyperchloremic acidosis).
  • Do not give to babies or children under 2 years old.
  • Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Talk to your doctor first.

  • Stop using and get urgent medical help if you get a severe skin rash (red spots, blisters, peeling skin, mouth sores), have trouble breathing, chest pain, or an irregular heartbeat.
  • Remove soft contact lenses before using the drops and wait 15 minutes before putting them back in.
  • Do not drive or use machines until your vision is clear and you feel well, as this medicine can cause blurred vision, dizziness, or drowsiness.
