How to Use

Dosage

One 600 mg effervescent tablet once a day.

Method

Dissolve the effervescent tablet in half a glass of water and drink the solution immediately.

Important

Do not take more than one 600 mg effervescent tablet per day.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Shock (a severe allergic reaction with symptoms like very low blood pressure and confusion).
  • Angioedema (sudden swelling of the face, throat, or tongue, possibly causing breathing difficulties).
  • Chest tightness or difficulty breathing due to narrowing of the airways.
  • Allergic reactions, such as rapid heartbeat, itching, skin rash, or hives.
  • Headache.
  • Ringing in the ears.
  • Inflammation of the mouth lining.
  • Abdominal pain.
  • Nausea, vomiting.
  • Diarrhea.
  • Fever.
  • Low blood pressure.
  • Indigestion with heartburn.
  • Bleeding.
  • Swelling of the face.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to acetylcysteine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • This medicine should not be given to children under 2 years old.
  • If you have asthma, use with caution, as your condition might worsen. Contact a doctor immediately if this happens.
  • If you have or have had a stomach ulcer, use with caution, as the medicine may irritate the stomach lining.
  • Stop use immediately and contact a doctor if you develop severe skin reactions, such as fever, rash, or blisters.

  • If you have a weakened cough reflex, be careful at the beginning of treatment, as mucus production may increase.
