How to Use
Dosage
The recommended dose is one tablet once a day.
Method
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Try to take your medicine at about the same time each day.
Important
Do not take more than one tablet per day.

- •Allergic reactions with sudden rash, itching, hives
- •Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, throat, or other parts of the body
- •Shortness of breath, wheezing, or difficulty breathing
- •Severe breathing difficulties or worsening shortness of breath, possibly with cough and fever (signs of a lung inflammation called interstitial lung disease)
- •Increased skin sensitivity to sunlight
Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to bicalutamide or any of its other ingredients.
- Do not take this medicine if you are already taking terfenadine or astemizole for allergies, or cisapride for heartburn or reflux disease.
- This medicine is for men only. Women should not take it.
- Do not give this medicine to children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
- Tell your doctor if you have a heart condition, such as an irregular heartbeat, or if you are taking medicines for it, as this medicine may increase the risk of heart rhythm problems.

- Tell your doctor if you have liver disease. Your doctor may need to do blood tests to check how well your liver is working.
- Avoid strong, direct sunlight or UV light exposure while taking this medicine.
