How to Use

Dosage

Apply 1 to 2 times a day. If you have sensitive skin, apply once a day.

Method

Clean and dry your skin well before applying the gel to the areas with acne.

Important

Do not use more than twice a day.

  • Severe allergic reactions with raised, itchy rash (hives), swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, or mouth (angioedema), trouble breathing, or fainting.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to benzoyl peroxide or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • This medicine is only for use on the skin.
  • If your skin becomes very swollen or has blisters, stop using the medicine and talk to your doctor.
  • Avoid getting the gel in your eyes, mouth, nostrils, or other sensitive areas. If it gets in your eyes, rinse them well with water.
  • If you have strong skin irritation, redness, or peeling, stop using the gel and contact your doctor.

  • Be careful when applying to your neck or other sensitive skin areas. Do not use on broken skin.
  • Avoid too much sun and UV light (like sunbeds) while using this medicine.
  • This medicine can bleach your hair, clothes, and other materials.
  • Do not use other skin products that cause peeling, irritation, or dryness at the same time as Basiron AC gel.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine. Do not use on the breast area if breastfeeding.
